I am experiencing exact same problem... I was guessing that the issue was with the Database Profile document. I have other DBs that do not use a profile document, and I have no issue replicating those. However, this particualr app has an action button with LotusScript for the user to replicate immediately upon submitting a document.
In designing and testing the app, I'll hit the button to quickly replicate my changes and test documents, but I get this very error at least %50 of the time. If I wait several minutes, I can replicate again, but usually only for a few minutes before it happens again.
